Established in 2022, our Behavioral Services Clinic is dedicated to empowering individuals with a variety of disabilities through the application of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). We understand that many families may feel isolated and overwhelmed by a diagnosis. Our mission is to assure you: you are not alone. ABA has a proven track record of effectiveness in fostering positive behavioral change.
We provide support to individuals aged 3 to 21 who are living with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, and/or traumatic brain injuries, particularly those facing challenges with difficult behaviors.

Meet The Team
With over a decade of combined experience in Research Methods and ABA, we utilize innovative approaches and technology to empower individuals with disabilities.

Tanisha McKenzie is a retired police sergeant from the New York City Police Department who has transitioned into the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Her journey began when her son, Tristan, was diagnosed with autism at the age of two and a half. Witnessing the transformative effects of ABA services on his life ignited her passion for this discipline.
Tanisha became a Registered Behavior Technician while completing her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Purdue University, gaining valuable hands-on experience in the process. She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice Forensic Psychology and is a licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
As a dedicated and hardworking professional, Tanisha thrives in both team environments and independent roles. Her strong time management skills and adaptability enable her to achieve the best outcomes for her clients.
Tanisha is eager to make a positive impact through her ABA services and looks forward to the opportunity to support individuals in reaching their fullest potential.

Marsha McKenzie is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the state of New York. She earned her Master’s Degree from Russell Sage College and has over 10 years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). With a background in special education,
Marsha is dedicated to supporting individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities by designing and implementing evidence-based interventions tailored to their unique needs.
Marsha’s primary goal as a BCBA is to empower individuals and their families to reach their full potential by utilizing individualized, research-driven treatment strategies. She has worked across various settings, gaining extensive experience in implementing TEACCH methodology, structured learning approaches, and other evidence-based practices that enhance skill acquisition and independence. Marsha is committed to fostering meaningful progress and positive outcomes for the individuals she serves.

Amanda McKenzie, BCBA, LBA, has been dedicated to working with autistic children for over half a decade. She brings passion, expertise, and unwavering commitment to every child and family she serves.
Amanda is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) and a Licenced Behaviour Analyst (LBA) in New York State. She received her master’s degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis from Manhattanville University. As a BCBA, her main objective is to bring about significant, long-lasting change by creating tailored, research-based interventions that enable kids to acquire critical skills, become more independent, and realize their full potential.
Amanda works closely with parents and guardians to make sure every kid gets the assistance they require to grow because she believes in a compassionate, family-centered approach.
